Built by runners.
Stridelane brings LED pacing lights to competitive track meets with a team that understands racing, timing, setup, and meet execution.
Carson Lane
Carson is a Division I middle-distance runner at the University of Iowa and a Business Analytics & Information Systems student at the Tippie College of Business. He built Stridelane after seeing firsthand how runners and coaches needed an affordable, reliable LED pacing system. When he's not operating Stridelane at meets, he's chasing a sub-4:00 mile.
Tyson Wieland
Tyson is a product development engineer for John Deere. He has also competed as a professional triathlete since 2013 and is race director for several events in the Des Moines area. With this expansive background in multisport and a passion for innovation, he aims to bring a product that helps take racing and training to the next level with the Stridelane system.
Nicholas Gorsich
Nicholas is a Division I 400-meter hurdler at the University of Iowa and a Computer Science major with a minor in Business Administration. He joined Carson to help develop and scale Stridelane into a reliable, athlete-driven LED pacing system for the next generation of track and field.
